Fence, but no money

President Bush is set to sign today the legislation authorizing the building of a 700 mile fence along the Mexican border.

However, in their constant lack of wisdom, Congress has yet to fund the project.

Those bozos know nothing about real security, but they sure know how to play politics with the safety of all Americans.
